WUFAW Visits Partners in Cambodia

In our ongoing mission to support animals across the globe, WUFAW recently traveled to Cambodia to work alongside our dedicated partners on the ground. Our team arrived with thousands of dollars’ worth of much-needed veterinary and animal care supplies, ready to lend our hands—and hearts—to the incredible work being done there.

Over the course of the visit, we supported two full spay and neuter days, working closely with the local veterinary team and volunteers to provide free sterilization and care for cats and dogs in need. In addition to surgery days, we also participated in community outreach, going door to door in surrounding neighborhoods to vaccinate dogs and cats, educate families about proper pet care, and offer support to pet owners.

We were honored to collaborate with PPAWS clinic and shelter, whose tireless efforts and resourcefulness deeply impressed us. The team there works with limited resources but incredible efficiency, compassion, and commitment to both the animals and the communities they serve.

A special thank you to Donabelle from Pet Grooming Services, who not only hosted our team but also volunteered her grooming expertise during the spay/neuter clinics—ensuring animals left not only healthier but feeling and looking their best.

We met countless inspiring people and animals during our time in Cambodia, and we return home more committed than ever to supporting grassroots rescue and care efforts wherever they’re needed.
