Voice of Animal-Nepal (VOAN)​

VOAN is a small animal welfare group based in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. It was established in 2015 by a husband-and-wife team to provide medical treatment to injured and neglected street dogs and cats. Often these animals are either injured or killed in traffic accidents. VOAN launched a mobile treatment unit to help these innocent victims but has struggled financially since the Pandemic began.

In Nov 2022, WUFAW supported their “Birth Control” initiative by sponsoring monthly Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, and Return (TNVR) of stray dogs.
